Lead Construction Scheduler (Planning & Scheduling): Managing and integrating construction schedule phases for a data center project with an accent on CM schedule strategy and deliverables. Focus on facilitating schedule workshops, reporting progress, and coordinating between design and CQV teams.

Location: Onsite in Mons, Belgium

What you will do

  • Ensure full and robust integration of CM schedule phases.
  • Liaise and collaborate with Design and CQV Schedule teams.
  • Implement and continuously review the CM schedule strategy.
  • Plan, prepare, and facilitate key schedule workshops and communications.
  • Compile and issue weekly and monthly schedule progress reports and graphics.
  • Manage the progress updating interface with the CM team.

Requirements

  • Third level degree in a relevant discipline.
  • 8+ years of experience in Planning/Scheduling.
  • 3+ years of experience on Bio-Pharmaceutical projects, ideally within a Construction Management role.
  • Fluent English proficiency.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Must be able to work onsite in Mons, Belgium.
