What you will do
- Manage and develop a team of Cloud Sales Account Executives, providing ongoing mentoring and professional growth.
- Lead client and prospect meetings, engaging directly with C-level executives in enterprise organizations.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for the sales team, including hiring and training new members on sales processes.
- Provide accurate sales activity reporting and forecasting to senior management.
- Drive demand generation and develop successful sales campaigns to increase customer awareness.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal partners and corporate resources to ensure consistent process execution.
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales leadership experience leading teams of 7+ quota-carrying sales professionals.
- Proven track record of creating and leading successful teams of Account Executives.
- Prior experience working within the Software, Infrastructure, or Platform (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS) space.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and executive engagement skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Must be based in London, United Kingdom.
