What you will do

  • Manage and develop a team of Cloud Sales Account Executives, providing ongoing mentoring and professional growth.
  • Lead client and prospect meetings, engaging directly with C-level executives in enterprise organizations.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for the sales team, including hiring and training new members on sales processes.
  • Provide accurate sales activity reporting and forecasting to senior management.
  • Drive demand generation and develop successful sales campaigns to increase customer awareness.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal partners and corporate resources to ensure consistent process execution.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales leadership experience leading teams of 7+ quota-carrying sales professionals.
  • Proven track record of creating and leading successful teams of Account Executives.
  • Prior experience working within the Software, Infrastructure, or Platform (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS) space.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and executive engagement skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Must be based in London, United Kingdom.
