Regional Vice President, Tier 3

What you will do

• Participate with senior management to establish strategic plans and objectives.
• Lead high-performing sales organization to drive growth and exceed revenue goals.
• Set annual sales targets, track performance, and communicate results to leadership.
• Build cross-functional rhythm with pipeline management, forecasting, deal review, and revenue realization.
• Measure and evaluate team performance against benchmarks in Salesforce.com.
• Coach team through sales calls, develop career plans, and expand C-level client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred
• 12-15 years combined selling and sales leadership experience in SaaS, Technology, or Data & Analytics
• Proven success driving multimillion-dollar engagements in complex environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams focused on goals, preparedness, and winning.
• Excellent business communication, presentation skills for global environment.
• Willing to travel beyond city limits for business
