What you will do

• Lead Account Executives to drive sales growth aligned with business unit goals.
• Guide quarterly account planning, evaluate plans, and ensure feasibility.
• Collaborate with executives to align sales with company objectives.
• Execute value-based selling strategies and foster consultative sales culture.
• Build relationships with senior decision-makers and measure team performance via Salesforce.
• Coach team through sales calls, develop career plans, and expand C-level client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred
• 10-12 years combined selling and sales leadership in SaaS, Technology, or Data & Analytics
• Proven success driving multimillion-dollar engagements in complex environments
• Strong business communication, presentation skills, and ability to assess client environments
• Ownership mindset, problem-solving, and continuous growth orientation
• Willing to travel beyond city limits
