Salary: $76,200 – $119,000 per year + Bonus

What you will do

  • Execute the carrier/vendor marketing process from conception to completion for various client sizes and funding types.
  • Partner with sales and service teams to define client goals during the RFP process.
  • Organize and manage client census and plan design data for carrier submission.
  • Review carrier proposals for accuracy and summarize RFP responses into client-ready presentations.
  • Stay current on the latest product offerings from insurance carriers.
  • Collaborate with General Agent (GA) partners for small group marketing outsourcing.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of carrier/vendor marketing experience within the employee benefits industry.
  • Insurance industry background and knowledge of group products.
  • CA Department of Insurance Life License (required or must be obtained within 3 months of hire).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and its advanced features.
  • Strong negotiation, public speaking, and presentation preparation skills.
  • Ability to manage demanding schedules and high volumes of work in a fast-paced environment.
