What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects from sales handoff through user testing and post-go-live, managing stakeholders and timelines.
• Become a product expert, oversee LOS configuration and customization, and act as solutions consultant.
• Collaborate with sales, product, design, and engineering to align expectations and delivery.
• Develop project documentation like plans and status reports to track progress and mitigate risks.
• Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders as the trusted point of contact.

Requirements

• Experience managing large-scale enterprise projects with executive, business, and technical stakeholders.
• Deep customer focus, empathy, and ability to advocate for customer and company needs.
• Understanding of software deployment in mature enterprises combined with strong project planning.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn the mortgage ecosystem.
