Salary: $130,000 – $250,000

What you will do

• Translate platform functionality into tangible value and ROI for high-value enterprise customers.
• Drive platform adoption by embedding hirify.global solutions into customer workflows and managing organizational change.
• Collaborate with clients to define business cases and establish internal reporting cadences for value delivery reviews.
• Serve as a trusted commercial and technical advisor to ensure contractual outcomes and business goals are achieved.
• Identify expansion opportunities and emerging client needs to inform account strategies and growth.
• Design and deliver focused training sessions and workshops aligned with specific customer goals.

Requirements

• Significant experience in enterprise account engagement, strategy, and client management, ideally within a large consulting organization.
• Proven track record of developing tangible customer value and ROI frameworks mapped to strategic business priorities.
• Background in software engineering or other relevant technical experience.
• Proficiency in programming, data integration, and utilizing tools like macros to create tailored solutions.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills to translate customer outcomes into technical solutions.
• Current and unrestricted working rights in the USA are required; no visa sponsorship is available.
