TL;DR

Director, Lifecycle Marketing (Home Services): Lead customer engagement and lifecycle marketing across home services marketplaces with an accent on data-driven CRM strategies across email, SMS, push channels. Focus on advancing personalization, segmentation, predictive modeling, and customer journey optimization to drive LTV, retention, and revenue growth.

Location: Hybrid schedule based in South Charlotte, NC Headquarters (Monday-Thursday onsite, Friday remote)

Salary: $140,000 - $210,000 total cash compensation per year

What you will do

  • Lead and develop a small high-performing team with mentorship and career growth.
  • Define and own CRM strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Apply analytics and creative problem-solving for personalization, segmentation, predictive modeling, and journey design to maximize LTV and revenue.
  • Build reporting frameworks to track KPIs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Lead A/B and multivariate testing to optimize campaigns.
  • Execute and optimize journeys across email, SMS, push channels for engagement and retention.
  • Partner with Product and Sales to align CRM with lead management and pipeline acceleration.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing, with 2+ years in leadership
  • Proven track record driving business results through CRM at scale
  • Experience managing and growing small teams with coaching focus
  • Deep expertise in email, SMS, push, cross-channel marketing and CRM platforms
  • Strong analytical skills in segmentation, personalization, testing
  • Cross-functional partnership to align marketing with revenue
  • Project management in high-growth, fast-paced environments
