What you will do
- Own end-to-end email marketing and automation in Marketo, including nurture streams, trigger-based campaigns, and segmentation by funnel stage, persona, and behavior.
- Drive pipeline through webinar programs using Zoom and ON24, from topic ideation and promotion to post-event nurture and sales handoffs.
- Build and refine lead nurture architecture aligned to funnel definitions, lead scoring, and SLAs in partnership with Sales, SDR, and RevOps.
- Measure and report on MQLs, pipeline influence, opportunities, and revenue attribution using dashboards in Marketo and Salesforce.
- Run continuous A/B testing on emails, webinars, and landing pages to improve open rates, conversions, and pipeline metrics.
- Maintain database health, compliance with CAN-SPAM/GDPR/CASL, and serve as Marketo expert for best practices and scalability.
Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the US (Remote - US)
- Experience building and optimizing lifecycle email programs and automations in Marketo.
- Proficiency in Salesforce for lead management, scoring, and reporting.
- Hands-on with webinar platforms like Zoom Webinars and ON24, including full lifecycle execution.
- Strong analytical skills for performance measurement, A/B testing, and data-driven optimization.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Demand Gen, Product Marketing, and RevOps.
