Salary: $121,000 – $175,000 USD / $115,000 – $167,000 CAD

What you will do

• Design, launch, and optimize digital customer success campaigns for onboarding, activation, and growth stages.
• Build scalable customer journeys using content-led interventions and targeted human engagement.
• Identify customer signals and friction points to translate insights into triggered programs.
• Draft and optimize customer-facing communications, including email and journey messaging.
• Monitor program performance using metrics like engagement, retention, and churn via A/B testing and cohort analysis.
• Collaborate with Data, Product, and Ops teams to align digital programs with business priorities.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Digital Customer Success, Lifecycle Marketing, or PLG within a SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of building scalable lifecycle programs with measurable business impact.
• Deep understanding of the customer lifecycle including onboarding, activation, adoption, and retention.
• Proficiency with Gainsight, Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, or similar automation platforms.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating effective customer messaging.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI tools for program design and campaign optimization.
• Prior experience with hirify.global or the cybersecurity industry.
