Salary: $160,000 — $220,000 USD / $142,500 — $192,500 CAD

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end global execution of "hirify.global Secures AI" campaigns to drive product awareness and expansion pipeline.
• Architect automated, education-first journeys targeting Customer Target Account Lists (TALs) for C-level stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Digital Growth teams to execute multi-channel campaigns across email, in-app, and webinars.
• Develop behavioral-triggered maturity programs to intervene when account adoption of critical features is low.
• Drive global awareness and adoption of hirify.global Learning and Premier Support offerings.
• Provide campaign blueprints and assets to empower Regional Field Marketers for local amplification.

Requirements

• 7+ years in B2B SaaS Customer Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, or Demand Generation.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Marketo.
• Experience mapping campaign engagement to product usage data to prove ROI.
• Exceptional writing and presentation skills for communicating complex security concepts.
• College degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be based in the US or Canada.

• Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools for tracking feature adoption.
