What you will do

• Own website performance, conversion rates, and landing page optimization through CRO experiments
• Lead organic growth strategy across SEO and AEO to improve visibility in search and AI-driven discovery (LLMs)
• Build and scale lifecycle and nurture programs using HubSpot
• Manage and optimize paid media performance across LinkedIn, Google, and other channels via external agencies
• Own reporting and funnel analysis to identify conversion opportunities and marketing impact

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing with ownership of website, email, and paid media
• Proven experience in CRO experimentation and landing page strategy
• Strong proficiency in HubSpot and Salesforce
• Familiarity with SEO and emerging AI-driven discovery (AEO) strategies
• Ability to translate multi-channel data into actionable recommendations
