What you will do
- Own Salesforce workflows, data reliability, and processes for Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams.
- Identify patterns in day-to-day blockers, root causes, and design lasting solutions.
- Integrate tools, data flows, and business needs across the Growth stack.
- Build dashboards, reports, and insights to support pipeline and performance decisions.
- Maintain knowledge base and scalable support for the team.
- Expand into broader Growth Ops areas like CRM, paid acquisition, and data analytics.
Requirements
- At least 2 years hands-on experience with CRM, ideally Salesforce, including data flows.
- Service mindset for solving day-to-day problems.
- Strong prioritization and handling parallel requests.
- Autonomous problem-solving with documentation.
- Curiosity for data and Growth topics like Marketing and analytics.
- AI-fluent workflow for diagnosis and delivery.
- English fluency for daily work and communication.
