What you will do

• Lead end-to-end experience research, including planning, moderating, and analyzing qualitative data
• Translate research findings into structured insights and actionable outcomes
• Manage intake, scope, project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for complex initiatives
• Facilitate workshops, alignment sessions, and stakeholder discussions
• Drive team metrics, reporting, performance tracking, and continuous improvement of processes
• Provide mentorship, oversight on methodology, and communicate outcomes to leadership

Requirements

• 8+ years in end-to-end qualitative experience research, including analysis and pattern identification
• 6+ years with quantitative measurement, metrics development, and reporting
• 6+ years with organizational and project management methods
• Strong data analysis, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience presenting to senior/executive leadership and human-centered research strategy
• Program/project management experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, FigJam, Maze
