What you will do
- Lead strategic client facilitation and develop deep relationships to align project goals with business priorities.
- Conduct rigorous competitive research, UX audits, and user behavior analysis using Heatmaps and Google Analytics.
- Execute end-to-end qualitative and quantitative UX research through interviews, workshops, and surveys.
- Develop the architectural foundation of websites, including user personas, journey maps, sitemaps, and information architecture.
- Build structural wireframes and user flows to translate strategy into actionable layouts.
- Manage 4-5 concurrent projects, collaborating with designers, developers, and producers across waterfall and agile processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of agency experience (strictly required).
- Must be based in the US (Boston or specific approved states).
- Portfolio demonstrating the ability to translate research into strategic IA artifacts (personas, flows, sitemaps, wireframes).
- Advanced expertise in Figma for complex wireframing and prototyping.
- Hands-on AI expertise using LLMs (Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT) to accelerate research and strategy workflows.
- Proven ability to translate quantitative data from Google Analytics and heatmapping tools into UX recommendations.
Nice to have
- Experience with SEO, writing, and content strategy.
- Experience with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and CRO platforms.
