TL;DR

Enterprise Advertising Sales Manager (Finance/Health/Retail): Driving revenue growth by developing, closing, and scaling advertiser accounts in performance-driven advertising with an accent on full-funnel solutions for large brands and agencies. Focus on educating clients on hirify.global’s technology, achieving quarterly targets, and building relationships across US verticals.

Location: New York City (NYC), New York, United States. Hybrid work schedule with 3 days in-office.

Base Salary: $100,000 - $115,000 USD. Base + OTE: $200,000 - $230,000 USD.

What you will do

  • Drive revenue growth by developing, closing, and scaling a pipeline of successful advertiser accounts.
  • Develop relationships with prospective clients through phone, email, social media, in-person meetings, and networking events.
  • Act as an internal advocate for clients to ensure best-in-class service from hirify.global.
  • Position and sell innovative full-funnel solutions and evangelize successful advertising strategies.
  • Travel monthly to visit clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3+ years full-cycle sales experience, with minimum 5 years proven success in digital space (Enterprise Brand Advertising, Agency Media Sales, Customer Acquisition, etc.).
  • Results-driven track record of driving net-new business in Finance, Health, or Retail verticals.
  • Acute business acumen and ability to present ideas effectively.
  • Prior experience with Salesforce or another CRM and productivity tools.
