What you will do

• Execute field marketing initiatives and brand activations in the local Atlanta market.
• Generate leads through meaningful, relationship-based interactions with consumers.
• Create and submit high-quality UGC (user-generated content) for Instagram and TikTok.
• Provide local market insights and feedback to inform the brand's strategic growth.
• Manage field-level inventory and maintain professional reporting on performance.
• Perform age verification to ensure all consumers are 21+.

Requirements

• Must be based in Atlanta, GA with reliable transportation.
• Ability to commit 8–12 hours per week for a 12-month program.
• Experience in field marketing, brand activation, or CPG environments (strongly preferred).
• Proficiency in content creation and social media platforms.
• Strong communication, organization, and professional reporting skills.
• Provision of 3 recent professional references.
