TL;DR

Growth Lead (SaaS): Developing and executing a repeatable go-to-market motion for an enterprise workforce intelligence platform with an accent on rapid experimentation, ICP identification, and channel optimization. Focus on running end-to-end growth experiments, managing agency partners, and analyzing CRM data to scale enterprise acquisition.

Location: Remote (Must be based in Canada or the United States)

What you will do

  • Own the go-to-market engine, including overall strategy and execution.
  • Run rapid experiments across various combinations of ICP, messaging, and channels.
  • Manage outside agency partners focusing on cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outbound.
  • Onboard and scale additional growth and agency partners to increase experimentation velocity.
  • Analyze test results from calls and CRM data to identify and refine winning patterns.
  • Collaborate directly with the founder to shape and prioritize the testing roadmap.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a growth hacker or experiment-focused growth leader.
  • Strong product marketing skillset for identifying ICP and messaging strategies.
  • Experience in early-stage, VC-backed B2B startups selling to mid-market and enterprise buyers.
  • Highly analytical and data-oriented approach to growth.
  • Must be based in Canada or the United States.
  • Comfortable working on an hourly basis.

Nice to have

  • Former founder experience.
  • Hands-on experience executing outreach personally.
  • Experience working with highly technical or data-heavy enterprise products.
