Location: Remote (Must be based in Canada or the United States)

What you will do
- Own the go-to-market engine, including overall strategy and execution.
- Run rapid experiments across various combinations of ICP, messaging, and channels.
- Manage outside agency partners focusing on cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outbound.
- Onboard and scale additional growth and agency partners to increase experimentation velocity.
- Analyze test results from calls and CRM data to identify and refine winning patterns.
- Collaborate directly with the founder to shape and prioritize the testing roadmap.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a growth hacker or experiment-focused growth leader.
- Strong product marketing skillset for identifying ICP and messaging strategies.
- Experience in early-stage, VC-backed B2B startups selling to mid-market and enterprise buyers.
- Highly analytical and data-oriented approach to growth.
- Must be based in Canada or the United States.
- Comfortable working on an hourly basis.

- Experience working with highly technical or data-heavy enterprise products.
