Software Implementation Consultant - Clinical (Medtech): Implementing and optimizing clinical workflows for Long-Term and Post-Acute Care (LTPAC) providers with an accent on system configuration and business process alignment. Location: Remote (Canada). Occasional travel to Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City offices for team events and onboarding is required; up to 30% travel to customer sites.
Salary: $80,000 – $89,000 CAD per year + bonus + benefits

What you will do
- Act as the principal liaison for customers to implement leading practices and optimize workflows in LTPAC settings.
- Lead detailed business discovery and develop delivery approaches that drive operational outcomes.
- Translate technical requirements into system configuration and ensure data quality and security.
- Manage implementation plans and maintain communication across all project stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot configuration issues and update training databases to incorporate new product releases.
- Lead customer change management strategies, focusing on user readiness and acceptance.
Requirements
- Must be based in Canada.
- 2-4+ years of experience in a software implementation role.
- Experience in consulting within a software organization, specifically in workflow analysis and delivery recommendations.
- Ability to travel up to 30% to customer sites and regional meetings.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Post-secondary education in a business or technology-related field (preferred).
