Salary: $80,000 – $89,000 CAD per year + bonus + benefits

What you will do

• Act as the principal liaison for customers to implement leading practices and optimize workflows in LTPAC settings.
• Lead detailed business discovery and develop delivery approaches that drive operational outcomes.
• Translate technical requirements into system configuration and ensure data quality and security.
• Manage implementation plans and maintain communication across all project stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot configuration issues and update training databases to incorporate new product releases.
• Lead customer change management strategies, focusing on user readiness and acceptance.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada.
• 2-4+ years of experience in a software implementation role.
• Experience in consulting within a software organization, specifically in workflow analysis and delivery recommendations.
• Ability to travel up to 30% to customer sites and regional meetings.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Post-secondary education in a business or technology-related field (preferred).
