Product Manager (Payments)

What you will do

• Take full ownership of backend products including tokenization systems, payment processing, and MPI/payment authentication.
• Drive execution by shipping features and unblocking cross-functional teams to hit commitments.
• Conduct product discovery and research to identify growth opportunities and validate new features.
• Maintain clear roadmaps and manage prioritization based on business goals.
• Lead a cross-functional team consisting of Tech Lead, Backend, Frontend engineers, and AQA.
• Define success metrics and use data to track outcomes and course-correct quickly.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager with a proven track record of shipping products.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving execution without direct authority.
• Strong systematic thinking and the ability to find structure in ambiguity.
• Ability to navigate complex, multi-layered problems with many edge cases.
• Active use of AI to optimize personal and team workflows.

Nice to have

• Domain expertise in payments, specifically 3DS, acquirer routing, and tokenization.
• Technical background sufficient to read architecture documentation.
• Hands-on experience with SQL or BI tools for data analysis.
• Experience building interfaces or embedding AI into products.
