Salary: $215K – $260K

What you will do

• Lead the vision and strategy for the Solution Consulting function within the Marketplace Pod.
• Manage and mentor a team of high-skilled Solution Consultants to improve overall team performance.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales to develop short and long-term implementation strategies.
• Develop and maintain Solution Consulting playbooks to streamline operations and measure performance.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for the most strategic Marketplace accounts.
• Analyze raw data to generate actionable insights and solve complex business problems.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, solution design, or product management.
• Deep expertise in the Marketplace & Gig market, including regulations and business models.
• Proven track record of leading teams to achieve KPIs in solution consulting or engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, IT, or a related field.
• Strong technical acumen and ability to communicate effectively with both product and technical teams.
• Must be based in one of the specified US location hubs.
