Head of Solution Consulting (Big Tech/AI): Managing a team of Solution Consultants as the primary technical point-of-contact throughout the sales cycle and product implementation for AI & Tech vertical with an accent on strategic account support, product expertise, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on driving team performance, owning technical strategy, designing playbooks, and ensuring successful client growth and adoption.
Location: We are currently only able to hire candidates located in the San Francisco Bay area.
Salary: $230K – $280K • Offers Equity • Offers Commission

What you will do
- Manage vision, strategy, and a team of Solution Consultants for the AI & Tech vertical.
- Serve as subject matter expert for all products, tech accounts, and client growth.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and executives on strategies and implementations.
- Design playbooks, measure performance, and foster innovation in operations.
- Coordinate resources across functional areas and influence product enhancements.
- Recruit, retain talent, and conduct After Action Reviews for team learning.
Requirements
- Must be located in the San Francisco Bay area.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, IT, or related; MBA or certifications a plus.
- 10+ years in consulting, solution design, or product management.
- Deep knowledge of tech market challenges, regulations, risk management, and compliance.
- Proven track record building and leading teams to KPIs in AI & Tech solution selling.
- Strong client-facing communication, consultative selling, problem-solving, and technical acumen.
