TL;DR

People Ops Administrator / Apprenticeship: Provide administrative support to People & Talent team across employee lifecycle with an accent on onboarding processes, HRIS management, and data maintenance. Focus on managing new starter administration, international payroll support, and producing accurate reports and analytics.

Location: UK

Salary: up to £24,000 DOE

What you will do

  • Provide administrative support across all areas of employee lifecycle
  • Manage new starter processes including offer letters, contracts, and onboarding inductions
  • Handle People Team inbox, Slack channels, and employee queries
  • Maintain HRIS (Netsuite), intranet (Notion), and people platform (Leapsome)
  • Support international payrolls and produce GDPR-compliant reports
  • Assist with People & Talent projects and initiatives

Requirements

  • Proven interest in People & Talent with desire to become HR professional
  • Great organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Experience with Google Suite; Netsuite and Leapsome advantageous
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced scale-up environment
  • Proactive, ambitious, and adaptable self-starter

Nice to have

  • Other language skills, preferably Italian or Romanian
