Location: Must be based in Ukraine or Poland (remote-friendly environment)

hirify.global is a fast-growing adtech startup building a reward-powered alternative to traditional app stores for mobile app discovery.

What you will do

  • Own and manage the full employee lifecycle: preboarding, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Prepare and maintain employment contracts, addendums, offers, and employee records.
  • Manage the HRM system, improving workflows and implementing automations to eliminate manual work.
  • Provide operational support for logistics, travel bookings, and day-to-day HR needs.
  • Maintain a structured internal knowledge base across Notion, ClickUp, and Google Drive.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, or HR Administration.
  • Experience working with HRM or ATS systems.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Notion, and ClickUp.
  • Strong process and systems thinking with high attention to detail.
  • English: Intermediate+ required for internal communication and documentation.
  • Location: Must be based in Ukraine or Poland.

  • Experience in a digital product company or startup environment.
  • Experience with HR process automation.
  • Understanding of recruitment processes.
  • Experience working in fast-growing teams.
