Location: Hybrid in London (2-3 days a week in office)

What you will do

  • Act as the primary contact for day-to-day People queries for the UK team.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including contracts, right-to-work checks, and offboarding.
  • Maintain and optimize the HR tech stack (HiBob) using automation and AI to remove friction.
  • Collaborate with Finance to ensure smooth UK payroll processing.
  • Lead onboarding/offboarding and maintain the internal Notion knowledge base.
  • Support the London office community and Culture Connectors group.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in People Operations.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and compliance.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Interest in automation and AI to drive HR efficiency.
  • Ability to work hybridly in London (2-3 days per week).
