Requirements

• 10+ years software engineering experience, at least 3 years full-time engineering people management including managing managers and scaling organizations.
• Deeply technical leader experienced in full-stack engineering and managing human/AI agents.
• Proven track record driving complex large-scale initiatives aligning tech with company goals.
• Excellent recruiter of top-tier engineering talent with architectural expertise in system design, distributed systems, scalable infrastructure.
• Champion metrics-driven decisions, robust practices, and rapid experimentation.
• Skilled in tradeoffs for high-quality code in fast-growing company constraints.
