What you will do
- Lead and grow the Core Product engineering team, managing managers and scaling the organization.
- Define architectural roadmaps, set engineering strategy, and drive operational excellence.
- Establish frameworks, standards, and cross-functional cadences for the AI platform.
- Bridge product vision and technical execution to drive business impact and growth.
- Cultivate high-performance, results-driven culture delivering client value.
- Oversee platforms using serverless tech, async workflows, and modern cloud environments.
Requirements
- 10+ years software engineering experience, at least 3 years full-time engineering people management including managing managers and scaling organizations.
- Deeply technical leader experienced in full-stack engineering and managing human/AI agents.
- Proven track record driving complex large-scale initiatives aligning tech with company goals.
- Excellent recruiter of top-tier engineering talent with architectural expertise in system design, distributed systems, scalable infrastructure.
- Champion metrics-driven decisions, robust practices, and rapid experimentation.
- Skilled in tradeoffs for high-quality code in fast-growing company constraints.
