What you will do
- Own and evolve the brand identity across all platforms, including tone, messaging, and visual systems.
- Develop impactful campaigns that align business objectives with creative concepts.
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of designers, writers, and content creators.
- Establish creative workflows to balance speed, quality, and scalability.
- Collaborate with growth and product teams in Malaysia to execute regional campaigns.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in creative, brand, or design leadership roles.
- Strong portfolio showcasing storytelling and multi-channel creative work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva.
- Experience leading and developing creative teams.
- Must be based in Indonesia.

- Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or high-growth consumer brands.
