What you will do
- Own and deliver the UKI regional growth plan with full accountability for revenue and pipeline.
- Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing sales organization.
- Align all GTM functions including Field Marketing, Business Development, and Sales Engineering.
- Build and execute a multi-year growth strategy focusing on segmentation and investment priorities.
- Maintain C-level relationships with strategic customers and partners.
- Recruit and retain top talent across all regional GTM functions.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise software.
- Proven success in a second-line sales leadership role with multi-functional scope.
- Track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets and scaling high-growth regions.
- Experience leading complex enterprise deals and managing large strategic accounts.
- Must be able to serve in compliance with U.S. export controls.
