Salary: $165,000–$185,000

What you will do

• Partner with CHRO and executives to align talent strategy with business priorities and growth plans.
• Identify talent shifts using data, insights, and business context to inform org design and succession planning.
• Lead AI and automation adoption across talent acquisition lifecycle for better sourcing, screening, and forecasting.
• Build partnerships across HR and external vendors to monitor market trends and emerging skills.
• Set priorities, metrics, and governance for scalable, candidate-centric hiring processes.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years in Talent Acquisition or Workforce Strategy, leading enterprise programs
• Proven experience with AI, analytics, and labor market insights in recruiting or planning
• Strong consulting and executive communication skills
• Ability to partner with HR and business leaders to influence strategy
• Experience in remote or distributed organizations strongly preferred
