TL;DR

Sr. Director, Talent Acquisition: Own end-to-end recruiting strategy for fast-growing ecommerce logistics company with an accent on building high-performing TA team, processes, and systems. Location: Hybrid in New York, NY. US work authorization required (no sponsorship available)

Salary: $215,000 – $240,000 annually

Building modern end-to-end logistics infrastructure powered by next-generation technology for ecommerce brands like Hello Fresh, Zara, and Sephora.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute recruiting strategy across all functions with focus on bar-raising talent
  • Use data insights to optimize processes, forecasting, and decision-making
  • Implement tools, systems, SLAs, and workflows for exceptional candidate experience
  • Enforce consistent structured hiring process with stage-level accountability
  • Coach, develop, and manage high-performing recruiting team
  • Advise senior leadership on market trends, comp benchmarks, and sourcing strategies

Requirements

  • 8+ years recruiting at fast-growing tech companies (Series B–D), 3+ years leadership
  • Track record building talent density and high performers who raise team bar
  • Strong experience in technical and executive hiring
  • Experience influencing C-suite stakeholders
  • Ownership of tool and AI adoption in recruiting
  • US work authorization (no sponsorship)
