What you will do

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to closing candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent across engineering, product, GTM, and other functions.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience through clear communication and process improvements.
• Experiment with creative sourcing techniques and branding strategies.
• Work directly with founders to develop and execute hiring strategies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting (including technical recruiting)
• Proven ability to source, engage, and close top-tier engineering talent
• Based in US or Canada
• Strong understanding of technical roles, stacks, and developer communities
• Experience with ATS platforms (Ashby), sourcing tools, and employer branding strategies
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Startup experience or experience in fast-paced environments
