What you will do

• Build cross-functional relationships and represent Commercial Operations in high-priority groups and SLT initiatives.
• Identify and shape initiatives for workflow streamlining, system development, and commercial outcome improvements.
• Lead onboarding training framework, review materials, identify gaps, and act as knowledge base for systems and processes including AI initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional projects from scoping to delivery, own communications strategy, track progress, and report outcomes.
• Map podcast operational workflows, implement quick wins, and support change adoption including process design and system readiness.
• Ensure accurate capture of podcast campaign data and manage operational dependencies for smooth delivery, billing, and reporting.
