What you will do

• Architect and execute long-term roadmaps for multi-cloud hosting operations across Azure and AWS.
• Ensure 24/7 availability and world-class uptime for critical customer-facing healthcare platforms.
• Scale and mentor a global organization of engineers, architects, and SREs, shifting toward an Engineering Ops mindset.
• Lead critical incident response and post-mortems to drive permanent structural improvements.
• Modernize Cloud FinOps by managing multi-million-dollar budgets and optimizing infrastructure ROI.
• Collaborate with Product and Security leaders to implement Privacy by Design and system scalability.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive leadership in Cloud Infrastructure or Managed Services.
• Experience in high-compliance sectors such as Healthcare, Fintech, or GovCloud.
• Technical proficiency in Kubernetes clusters, latency optimization, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven experience leading digital transformations from on-prem/hosted systems to modern cloud architectures.
• Must be based in the United States.
