What you will do

• Serve as US-based functional owner for core fraud and risk platform domain, accountable for technical direction, platform health, and delivery outcomes.
• Define architectural standards, operational KPIs, reliability targets, and advance AI-enabled capabilities through automation and data observability.
• Ensure production stability with monitoring, incident response, root cause management, and partner with Product, Risk, Data, and Engineering stakeholders.
• Drive scalability, resilience, security improvements, and provide people leadership for US-based engineers in a global structure.
• Lead AI-First practices, mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, architectural governance, DevOps maturity, CI/CD optimization, and Agile ceremonies.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and foster accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience (4+ years with advanced degree acceptable).
• 2+ years of people management experience with demonstrated team development outcomes.
• Experience owning or operating a production enterprise platform with reliability and performance targets.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, observability, secure development practices, and system scalability.
• Experience working within a global delivery model and driving operational improvement and delivery predictability.
• Fluent written and oral communication in English. Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship).
