What you will do

• Define and execute enterprise data and AI strategy, including data science, engineering, governance, and analytics aligned with business goals.
• Build modern data platform enabling advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and AI/ML across clinical, operational, and commercial domains.
• Lead IT strategy, enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, HCM), infrastructure modernization with cloud and automation.
• Oversee information governance, security, compliance (HIPAA, SOX, NIST), audits, and vendor partnerships.
• Build and lead high-performance Data and IT organization, fostering innovation and data-driven culture.

Requirements

• 15+ years in data strategy, analytics, IT leadership, digital transformation in healthcare, medtech, or life sciences.
• Proven enterprise data and AI strategies delivering business/clinical value.
• Expertise in cloud data architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP), data engineering, ML platforms.
• Experience managing large-scale IT operations and enterprise applications.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare compliance (SOX, HIPAA, SOC 2, NIST, FDA).
• Bachelor’s in Data Science, CS, Engineering, IT or related; advanced degree preferred.
