What you will do

  • Handle escalated tickets from front-line agents with customer queries.
  • Review customer reviews to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Proactively approach customers by phone or email.
  • Identify service bottlenecks and areas for enhancement.
  • Provide 1st line phone support in the mornings.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Dutch.
  • Live in Romania and legally allowed to work in Romania.
  • Customer service experience is a plus; full training provided.
