What you will do
- Build customer relationships by handling queries empathetically and finding personalized solutions
- Collaborate with suppliers to process orders smoothly, including cancellations and scheduling
- Handle enquiries on orders and cross-functional issues for optimal shopping experience
- Contribute to developing team processes to improve efficiency and satisfaction
Requirements
- Language: Fluent Dutch and German; confident daily English communication
- Experience in customer service or customer success
- Proficient in MS Office and digital tools/web-based systems
- Strong communicator, team-oriented, empathetic, with holistic process thinking
