About the Role

You will deliver exceptional support to clients via chat, phone, and email. You will learn and apply a variety of workflows, policies, and tools to provide accurate and efficient assistance. You will anticipate customer needs and guide clients to maximize product features. You will investigate and resolve written inquiries using public information, internal resources, and cross-department collaboration. You will stay adaptable, continuously update your knowledge on industry and regulatory changes, and monitor competitors to suggest improvements.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service is highly preferred
  • Fluency in Spanish and English with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong passion for learning and keen eye for detail
  • High level of responsibility and ambition
  • Energy enthusiasm and outstanding communication skills
  • Exceptional organization and resourcefulness to manage multiple priorities independently

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of workflows policies and tools to provide accurate efficient support
