TL;DR

Customer Support Agent (Ecommerce): Handling customer inquiries via live chat and email to resolve order and account issues with an accent on clarity, empathy, and accuracy. Location: Remote (Must have the legal right to work in Latvia)

Salary: 9.98 EUR per hour (approx. 1,597 EUR gross per month)

What you will do

  • Handle customer enquiries via live chat and email with clarity and empathy.
  • Diagnose and resolve order, shipping, and account-related issues.
  • Guide merchants in setting up stores and optimizing platform usage.
  • Identify and flag recurring patterns to address root causes of problems.
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and escalate complex cases.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and spoken English (clear and structured).
  • Legal right to work full-time in Latvia.
  • Availability for a rotating shift schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Strong ownership mindset and a calm approach under pressure.
  • Curiosity and a team-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in Customer Support.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce or print-on-demand industries.
