What you will do

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Identify customer needs and guide users through specific product features and functionalities.
  • Maintain internal databases regarding technical issues and useful customer discussions.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams by sharing customer feedback and feature requests.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure technical issues are fully resolved.

Requirements

  • Proficient written and spoken French and English language.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in Customer Support (plus).
  • Understanding of cars and car parts (advantage).
  • Experience with help desk software and remote support tools (advantage).
