VIP IT Support Analyst

TL;DR

VIP IT Support Analyst (EMEA/Singapore): Provide complete ownership of IT infrastructure, devices, connectivity, and physical security for CEO, executives, and families across residences and offices with an accent on multi-site networks, satellite connectivity, and cybersecurity. Focus on maintaining seamless environments, deploying secure setups during travel, and proactive testing for continuity.

Location: Hybrid work in EMEA and Singapore offices (2 days in-office, 3 days remote); remote work in locations without offices. Frequent international travel required on short notice to Singapore, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Turkey, Serbia, Bulgaria; valid passport mandatory.

What you will do

• Maintain technology environments across locations: laptops, mobiles, AV, Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom, Windows, macOS.
• Design and manage multi-site networks: LAN/WAN, switches, Wi-Fi, firewalls, Starlink satellite.
• Handle physical security: CCTV, IP cameras, NVR, access control.
• Provide on-demand support for executives and families, including travel setups in hotels, vehicles, yachts.
• Manage IT assets, cybersecurity (endpoint protection, MDM, VPN), and documentation.
• Conduct proactive testing and be available on-call for urgent support.

Requirements

• Proven experience providing direct IT support to C-suite or VIPs with full accountability.
• Hands-on network engineering: routing, switching, Wi-Fi, firewalls, VPN, multi-site WAN.
• Proficiency in Windows, macOS, iOS, Microsoft 365, Zoom.
• Experience with Starlink or satellite connectivity, physical security systems (CCTV, NVR, access control).
• Fluency in English; pass comprehensive background screening including criminal check.
• Ability to own problems end-to-end; discretion in confidential environments.

• German, Russian, or Turkish language skills.
