What you will do
- Diagnose and resolve complex network and customer issues using monitoring tools, perform remote troubleshooting, and manage network changes from engineering and suppliers.
- Handle escalated tickets and alerts, conduct root cause analysis, and escalate to Level 3 when needed.
- Provide escalation support to Technical Support Engineers, collaborate with business units, and proactively communicate incidents to stakeholders including customers.
- Work with global teams, vendors, and internal groups on projects and issue resolution, ensuring team coverage during shortages and shift rotations.
- Mentor NOC Engineers, share best practices, maintain documentation, and drive process improvements for efficiency and quality.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of network infrastructure: IP, VLANs, MAC, switching, routing, optical networking.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, Nokia, OpenGear and similar; protocols like MPLS, OSPF, BGP.
- 3+ years in logical troubleshooting of complex networking issues; proficiency with support tools.
- Degree in IT/Networking or related; CCNA/CCNP advantageous.
- Excellent English communication; strong customer service, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, proactive in fast-paced environment.
