What you will do

• Perform deployments, upgrades, vCenter migrations, and capacity balancing on Hyper Converged Infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot deployment and upgrade issues involving VMware, Hyper-V, Networking, and Linux.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for deployments and provide support to Technical Support Engineers.
• Author technical process documents and Knowledge Base Articles (KBA) for internal and partner use.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop engineering designs and detailed project plans.
• Provide remote technical support to customers and resellers regarding hardware faults and business system problems.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Sofia, Bulgaria (Hybrid)
• Language: Excellent skills in Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Greek, or Hebrew, and very good English
• VMware VCP or equivalent experience with intermediate knowledge of vCenter, ESXi, and storage (NFS/iSCSI/FC).
• Cisco CCNA or equivalent experience with intermediate knowledge of switching, routing, and VLANs.
• 2+ years of experience in technical support or remote deployment.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
