TL;DR

IT Support Specialist (APAC-Singapore): Provide technical assistance to end-users, troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and business applications with an accent on diagnostic skills, endpoint management, and security compliance. Focus on managing IT tickets via JIRA and Slack, proactive monitoring, and onboarding new hires across global teams and timezones.

Location: Based in Singapore office with mostly remote support and on-site/in-office support 2-3 days per week.

What you will do

  • Respond to and manage IT tickets via JIRA, Slack, and in-person according to SLAs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, troubleshooting, and documentation for internal users.
  • Deliver remote and on-site support, including new hire onboarding across locations and timezones.
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware/software like macOS, Windows, Linux endpoints, printers, and conferencing systems.
  • Ensure endpoint security, manage SaaS access, and liaise with vendors.
  • Develop proactive support methods, IT documentation, and knowledge base articles.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience diagnosing complex hardware, software, and networking issues.
  • Extensive macOS and Windows experience; Linux a plus.
  • Endpoint management with Jamf and Intune.
  • IAM proficiency with Okta and SSO.
  • Admin experience with Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, M365.
  • Strong communication, documentation, empathy, and problem-solving under pressure.

Nice to have

  • Security fundamentals knowledge (malware, phishing, ransomware).
  • Awareness of SOC2, ISO 27001, NIST 800-171 frameworks.
