What you will do

• Review, analyze, accept, and decline Fortune 750 risks to ensure profitability.
• Underwrite and select new business that produces underwriting profit.
• Manage existing renewal book and implement corrective measures for profitability.
• Communicate with managers and product leaders on accounts, producers, operations, and procedures.
• Build and maintain relationships with key producers while monitoring profitability.
• Review competitors' forms and pricing to market hirify.global products effectively.
• Provide training and technical assistance to underwriting staff.

Requirements

• 5+ years of complex retail Fortune 750 risk underwriting experience.
• Demonstrated technical knowledge and skills from positions of increasing responsibility.
• Demonstrated marketing and relationship building skills.
• Four-year college degree and/or CPCU or similar designation preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Microsoft Office skills (MS Word, MS Excel).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills. Up to 25% travel.
• US Work Authorization required. No visa sponsorship.
