What you will do

• Onboard and offboard new clients, providing a "white glove" service experience.
• Process audits, claims, and mid-term policy changes including exposure and location adjustments.
• Field client coverage questions and conduct detailed coverage review requests.
• Review vendor contracts and certificates to ensure total coverage accuracy.
• Collaborate with the full service team in pre-renewal exposure and coverage review meetings.

Requirements

• Active California Property & Casualty License.
• 2–3 years of experience as an Account Manager or CSR within commercial insurance.
• Experience with EPIC or similar agency management systems.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft 365 environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
