Salary: $88,000 - $120,000 annually

What you will do

• Underwrite and manage an assigned portfolio of Financial Lines facultative business.
• Develop new business opportunities in alignment with departmental strategy and guidelines.
• Execute underwriting strategies to achieve budgeted premium and profitability targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and intermediaries to enhance submission flow.
• Collaborate with internal Claims, Accounting, Product, and Operations teams.
• Monitor market conditions and competitor behavior to inform pricing and risk selection.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of underwriting experience in Financial Lines (D&O, E&O, Crime, and Cyber).
• Demonstrated experience analyzing and structuring facultative placements.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in Miami, FL.

• Fluency in Portuguese.
