What you will do

• Draft and maintain market notes, strategy updates, and executive summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor portfolio positioning and risk/return metrics, specifically for fixed income and private assets.
• Track macroeconomic indicators and conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to highlight portfolio implications.
• Coordinate with internal risk/finance teams and external asset managers to create decision-ready dashboards.
• Enhance reporting processes, templates, and data workflows to improve accuracy and consistency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of professional experience in investment research or management.
• Must be based in Boston, MA.
• Ability to manipulate and analyze large data sets using Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for translating complex topics into stakeholder-ready content.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in Finance or an MBA.
• CFA designation or proven progress toward completion.
