What you will do

• Partner with enterprise leadership to champion process improvements while maintaining mortality expectations.
• Identify and shape new data sources to enable data-driven underwriting practices.
• Provide strategic recommendations on new technologies and methodologies for risk selection.
• Analyze and develop rules for algorithmic and accelerated (fluidless) underwriting processes.
• Create competitive underwriting guidelines through research, documentation, and presentations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• 8+ years of relevant work experience in Life Insurance Underwriting.
• Minimum $5+ million life approval limit without second signature.
• HS diploma or GED.
