What you will do

• Develop and conduct product training programs for employees on assigned surgical product lines.
• Evaluate employee knowledge, skills, and abilities to identify training gaps and provide recommendations to sales management and HR.
• Implement measurements with sales management to improve personnel performance and technical product knowledge.
• Collaborate with field trainers, sales management, and marketing to create training plans.
• Attend professional conferences to build networks and maintain expertise.
• Evaluate clinical application of products from clinical and patient perspectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant training experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Outstanding presentation skills and ability to communicate training effectively.
• Exceptional listening skills, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
• Intermediate Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills; ability to multitask and prioritize.
